SCCREC is a non-profit formed to study, educate, and protect the health and safety of St. Croix County citizens and our environment from industrial solar/wind projects (e.g., 5000 Acre King Transmission/Tenmile Creek Solar project).

SCC-REC (EIN 33-3987505) is a 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt non-profit. As such, donations made to SCCREC are generally tax deductible under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. SCCREC is also generally qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers and gifts under Section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations are non-refundable. Restricted donations are not allowed.
